This past week I did yoga seven times. After five days straight I took a break, but then came back after a few days off with two classes on Friday (followed by Dharma Dinner). Physically challenging? Definitely. Did it sap my energy? Just the opposite. I feel energized by all the interaction with my kula, and just plain — good. Heart wide open.
This stuff works.
